About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes while adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
