Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Contracts Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, quantity surveying, or construction management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective construction methodologies and procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with developers, builders, and subcontractors to drive the best possible outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with development managers, estimators, design managers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and implement value management strategies to optimize project outcomes.

  • Take ownership of site-based projects and lead by example.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction, quantity surveying, or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, methodologies, and procurement strategies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to project management.
