About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Titan Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety practices on site, aligning with both company and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the on-site HSEQ team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures that meet industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
- Provide training and support to site personnel to ensure they understand and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on safety performance and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project management to integrate HSEQ considerations into all aspects of the project.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Senior Health & Safety Management position, with extensive site experience in major mining projects.
- Qualifications in WHS and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong track record of delivering health and safety outcomes.
