We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our Employee Services & Safety (ESS) directorate.

The ESS directorate provides professional services and system-wide support to our schools and colleges, encompassing human resources, injury & illness, payroll, and workplace health and safety.

In this newly created role, you will assist with administration, auditing, quality control, and other compliance matters to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the ESS directorate.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the HR team and report to the Executive Manager. You will be based in our head office, where we provide system-wide support to our schools and colleges.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to individual or teams and knowledge of various administration functions;
  • Organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines;
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
