About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a National Sales Development Executive - Motors Industry. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and driving the national motors sales strategy and business development to ensure sales and contribution targets are met.
You will lead and support the national motors sales strategy and business development to ensure sales and contribution targets are met, while providing regular feedback to management.
- Leading and supporting the national motors sales strategy and business development to ensure sales and contribution targets are met, while providing regular feedback to management.
- Spending time in the field, engaging directly with customers in key sectors like Infrastructure, Mining, Utility, and Industrial, with a focus on motors and leveraging additional IPD products.
- Maintaining state-based project registers and keep the National Sales Team informed of market conditions, technical knowledge, and relevant sales data.
- Ensuring the sales team's competency through ongoing training and development while maintaining updated CRM records and managing expenses.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in Electrical Trade
- Previous experience in solution selling as well as selling through a reseller/partner network
- A strong understanding of the contract and tendering processes
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in the management of KPI's, margins and sales figures
- Knowledge in MS Office and CRM software
- Proven communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and planning skills
