Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with a proven track record in delivering large-scale road construction and civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team on a major road project in Queensland, operating on a 10/4 FIFO roster.

The Company

Our client is a reputable Queensland-based civil contractor that has recently secured multiple major civil infrastructure projects in Central and Southeast Queensland. With a strong focus on employee development and low staff turnover, this Tier 2 civil contractor offers a stable and supportive environment for its Supervisors to grow and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals on a large-scale road construction project in Queensland.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil supervision or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
