About the Role

As a Retail Leader at Coles, you will have full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade. You will take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.

About You and Your Skills

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Direct leadership experience is required as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
  • You should be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
  • You will drive a one-team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
