Hgvtraders is seeking a Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of care.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a customer-facing environment. You will work closely with our team to confirm and plan visits with customers, manage bookings and produce invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a customer contact and point of reference for the Dealerpoint
  • Confirm and plan details of planned visits with customers in advance
  • Ensure all MOT appointments are planned and communicated to customers and VOSA
  • Manage bookings for courtesy cars
  • Produce and explain invoice to customer at point of vehicle collection
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Level 4 or above in Math and English/functional skills level 2
  • A willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the role/team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team environment
