About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our site operations in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, training, and mentoring to Site Administrators, acting as a point of contact for queries, and assisting with leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure effectiveness within the site-office across all projects.
  • Support change management and improvement projects, working closely with the Site Admin Coordinator to roll out new tasks and systems consistently.
  • Liaise with other departments to deliver on deadlines and maintain confidentiality of information and records.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role within a FIFO mining environment.
  • Relevant experience in a similar leadership role or administration experience is essential.
  • Excellent technical skills in various systems and tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a logical and effective manner.
