We are seeking a Support Worker to deliver domestic supports within customer residences, supporting person-centred plans and ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering domestic supports to customers within their residences
- Supporting customers to achieve their life goals through person-centred plans
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed
- Administration duties, expense reports and mandatory paperwork
- Extensive experience in supporting customers with behaviour support needs
- Previous experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans with consistency and professionalism
- Manual handling and medication administration skills
- Experience assisting with personal care and domestic duties
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations with patience and maturity
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential
