Your primary focus will be on designing, crafting, and maintaining high-quality software products and solutions that support our business operations and requirements for handling business-critical data.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain software applications using C# (.Net) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Support the team in planning and prioritizing work in agile sprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical solutions, driving the continued development of those solutions from concept to launch.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technology-focused leadership role.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C# (.Net), JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience building and running data-intensive applications, with a focus on software architecture and solution design.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services, event-driven microservice architectures, and agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative and flat structure, allowing for open communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
