Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Beauty Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Leading and managing a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and customer needs to make informed decisions that drive business results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A deep passion for beauty and skincare, with a strong knowledge of current trends and industry developments.
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding sales targets.

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
