Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window Glazing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing windows and doors at various locations throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

About the Job

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in glazing, time management, communication and initiative.

Duties will include:

  • Servicing windows and doors
  • Determining the type of glass required for each job
  • Determining the dimensions of the glass, including measuring the glass and marking it for cutting
  • Examining glass to determine that there are no defects on the product
  • Cutting and removing old broken glass before installing replacement glass
  • Installation of cut glass into windows and glazed doors, including ensuring a smooth finish to the final product
  • Installation of flyscreens

About You

We are looking for applicants who possess the following qualifications:

  • A glazing certificate or at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • A current manual driver's licence
  • Proof of completion of an accredited WorkSafe training course
