The firm acts for a range of clients, including Australian underwriters and self-insured corporations, local and international clients. They are known for their legal expertise and pragmatic approach to solving legal issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal skills, be able to juggle competing deadlines and be a team player who can also work independently. Experience in property damage matters, indemnity disputes, general liability matters, product liability matters, fraud and business interruption matters is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out client contact, carriage of matters, go to court and brief counsel as necessary
- Play a part in settlements and mediations, advising clients on liability & quantum
- Have genuine responsibility and contribute to the growth and success of the firm
