Job Overview:

Based centrally, we are seeking a professional to provide high-level technical expertise and support for our operational environment.

We seek a collaborative individual who can manage competing priorities and contribute to our positive team culture.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes.

The ideal candidate will have high level specialist advice and support for technology services, including database administration, Azure Data Studio experience, and other database technologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes
  • Providing high level specialist advice and support for technology services
  • Maintaining relevant system documentation and producing technical reports
  • Demonstrating high level of technical expertise in enterprise ICT environments
  • Supporting ICT services meeting agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Experience or ability to quickly learn Service Now and ITIL Service Management processes
