Life COO Transformation Lead

This pivotal role plays a key part in modernising our front-office investment systems.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the front office, risk, quant, and vendor teams to define, prioritise, and deliver requirements that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the product delivery for high-profile strategic transformation initiatives.
- Define and document business processes, product/trade life cycles, and technical requirements related to investment systems.
- Lead the creation and prioritisation of business requirements, user stories, impact assessments, and solution designs in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and project teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams and support ongoing product backlog refinement.
- Coordinate testing efforts and work closely with Test Managers to ensure successful delivery and operational readiness.
- Facilitate workshops and ongoing engagement with users to gather feedback and drive iterative improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring delivery outcomes meet business expectations.
- Maintain clear and high-quality documentation across business requirements, solution designs, and implemented features.
- Support release planning, issue resolution, and project coordination as part of a broader transformation program.
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders at the Executive level.
