Corporate Tax Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high performing and growing teams delivering corporate tax services to ASX listed companies and multinational inbound investors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver taxation services for allocated corporate clients, providing advice on complex tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, financing, and meeting compliance obligations.
  • Work within the team to deliver corporate income tax compliance and prepare/review income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
  • Assist in delivering full spectrum corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams bringing expertise to clients, including international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy and transactions.
  • Supervise junior team members, fostering learning, positive team culture promoting high performance, collaboration, and celebrating successes.

Requirements:

  • Australian corporate income tax experience ideally gained in top tier or mid-tier accounting firms or corporate business experience.
  • Developing client facing skills with confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network.
  • An ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct well-informed recommendations.
