We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Midwife to join our team in remote Northern Territory communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
About the Role:
- This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the health and wellbeing of remote communities, while developing your skills and expertise as a midwife.
- You will work collaboratively with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff to deliver culturally safe and effective care.

Requirements:
- Evidence of unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience in midwifery.
- A minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 250 hours relevant clinical experience within the past 12 months.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current recognised Immunisation certificate.
- Current Northern Territory Working with Children's Card (or willingness to obtain).
