The Role: Casual Cleaning Team Members

We have Casual cleaning positions available at Mt. Gravatt Plaza for highly motivated individuals who possess commercial or retail cleaning experience. If you are eager to be part of a team that makes a difference, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present yourself well, work independently, and be proactive in your duties
  • Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided
  • You should have a good understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques, or be willing to learn
  • Cleaning Machinery experience, specifically scrubbing, buffing, and car park sweeping, is preferred
  • You must demonstrate a strong commitment to safe working practices
  • You should be physically fit to carry out standard duties and able to walk for extended periods
  • Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential
  • You must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
  • You will need to work flexible hours, including public holidays, and hold valid work rights in Australia
