We are seeking a diligent lawyer with 1-2 years PQE experience in Personal Injury law.

The role involves assisting experienced lawyers in conducting cases, reviewing and analysing documentation, drafting legal correspondence and working closely with the team to prepare claims for clients.

Key skills include experience in Personal Injury law, robust problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.

This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who wants to develop their skills and progress within a growing practice.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, work directly with Accredited Specialists and be part of a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years PQE experience in Personal Injury law
  • Experience in medical negligence, workers compensation, motor vehicle claims and public liability
  • Robust problem-solving skills and ability to develop into a strong advocate for clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to provide high-quality client service, attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Committed team player with ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
  • Assisting experienced lawyers in conducting cases
  • Reviewing and analysing documentation and evidence
  • Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
  • Interaction with clients as required for claim preparation
  • Legal research and development of skills
