- Monitoring group risk: Collaborate with executives and global teams to identify, assess, and track operational, financial, reputational, and safety risks.">
- Tracking metrics: Define and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance measures to highlight emerging issues and trends.">
- Managing incidents: Lead responses to risk events, maintain a centralised log, and integrate lessons learned into planning.">
- Engaging stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor, providing training and fostering accountability across teams.">
Requirements:

- Proven expertise: Strong experience in risk management, ideally within entertainment, events, or venues.">
- Risk knowledge: Solid understanding of WHS, operational, financial, and reputational risks.">
- Communication skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels.">
- Reporting capability: Demonstrated experience creating tools, frameworks, and dashboards.">
- Adaptability: Confidence working across multiple portfolios and navigating fast-paced, complex environments.">
