About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Building Support Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless communication between clients and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage client expectations by providing regular updates on the status of their home during the building process.
  • Effectively communicate with Metricon clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files with relevant contract documents.
  • Coordinate inspections and provide necessary documentation for occupancy permits.

Requirements
  • A minimum of experience in a customer-focused role with conflict management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with experience in using database systems an advantage.
Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
