Customer Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant in one of 140+ dusk stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer who walks through our doors leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver perfect customer experiences, consistently exceeding expectations and leaving customers with a positive impression.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the store's success by working towards set goals and targets.
  • Manage visual merchandising to create an engaging and immersive store environment that showcases our products in the best possible light.
  • Share knowledge of our candles and homeware products with customers, providing expert advice and guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will also require strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
