Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Ashmore, Queensland clinic. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including clinics, mobile services and telehealth, and will be supported by a talented team of allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based assessments and therapy to a diverse caseload of paediatric, adolescent and adult clients with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality, patient-centred outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families and referring practitioners.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a supportive team culture.
- An estimated salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
