High-Impact Salesforce Solutions Leader

As a seasoned Salesforce leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our Salesforce program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled developers, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop, test, and document custom Salesforce components, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Manage integrations with back-office systems, leveraging middleware tools to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Drive remediation tasks and improvements to Salesforce core solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support low-level solution design and provide technical guidance to team members.
Requirements:
  • 6-7+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong track record of leading development teams.
  • Hands-on development skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Proven experience in managing complex integrations and data migrations.
  • Strong GIT and deployment management skills, with a focus on version control and continuous integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across onshore/offshore teams.
