Cancer Treatment Strategist

As a Group Marketing Manager – Oncology Portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in transforming access to life-changing treatments for Haematology and Solid Tumours across Australia.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Haematology and Solid Tumours, aligned with global and local objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches and indication extensions (e.g., EBC, CML, PNH, ITP).
- Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching and development for emerging talent.
- Utilise data and insights to design and execute impactful multi-channel marketing plans tailored to clinician preferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (medical, sales, market access, and vendor partners) to ensure cohesive execution of business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and internal policies, upholding ethical standards in all activities.
- Drive robust business planning and manage resources to ensure effective prioritization.
- Develop external partnerships across the therapeutic area to improve patient outcomes and support market access strategies.
