Job Description

Pet specialty retailer in Western Australia is seeking a Supervisor to work on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, high motivation, and integrity.

Key responsibilities include leading store teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player
  • Real customer service focus with an ability to wow customers
  • Strong merchandising skills and knowledge of pet products
  • At least 2 years experience working with a high-volume retailer
