The role of a Hygiene Service Technician is to maintain and improve washroom hygiene standards by providing top-notch cleaning services, products, and maintenance. This position requires individuals with excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with clients daily to understand their needs and preferences.

As a Hygiene Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing all types of washrooms, including commercial and public facilities. You will need to work independently, managing your time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and replaced as needed. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work autonomously, often driving long distances between sites.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, both orally and in writing. This includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions and site visits, as well as providing regular updates on any issues or concerns that may arise.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with effective solutions. If you have experience in cleaning or a related industry, this would be an advantage. However, we are willing to provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

  • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
