The estimated salary for this position is between $35.33 to $47.25 per hour, based on the experience level of the successful candidate.

Our hospital has 15 theatres, including a hybrid theatre, diagnostic cardiology, two cardiac cath labs, and capabilities for cardiothoracic surgery, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology, and more.
Our expert care team consists of surgeons, specialist doctors, dedicated nurses, and other professionals who work together to provide exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse at Knox Private Hospital, you will be part of a dynamic team that strives for excellence in patient care.
Your Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies, and reporting any incidents or near misses.
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, promoting independence and self-care.
- Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistants in Nursing to deliver excellent patient care.
- Current Registration with AHPRA with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- A valid Working with Children check.
- A commitment to quality patient care, adhering to ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
