Inventory Coordinator

This is an entry-level role offering growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of inventory procedures and providing general support. Key responsibilities include:
- Receipt, issue, storage, and dispatch of aircraft parts, tools, and non-aircraft items.
- Maintaining cost-effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining stores security and cleanliness, including adequate protection for all stored items.
- Ensuring expeditious movement and processing of parts and tooling within the control of the stores system.
- Verifying accuracy of stock locations and monitoring shelf life items.
Responsibilities continue:
- Identifying unused stock and proposing opportunities for cost-effective improvements to methods and procedures.
- Taking practical steps to ensure the safety of those involved in the workplace by identifying hazards and eliminating or minimizing them appropriately.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Must obtain required certifications and licenses.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
