Marketplace Associate Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Associate Director to join our team at Mindshare. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement media plans that meet and exceed client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners to negotiate the best possible rates and terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service
- Ensure all financial procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
- Follow GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry
- Strong knowledge of TV buying and media planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, and the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave, and early finishes during the summer months.
