Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with our care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care, including managing and directing AINs and PCWs.
  • Support the Residential Manager/Care Manager in achieving facility objectives, ensuring efficient and effective management of the facility.
  • Record accurate medical records, adhering to documentation guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Comply with WHS legislation and policies, participating in continuous improvement processes and systems.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with:

Current registration with AHPRA.Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse.Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.A strong passion for working with the elderly and a commitment to professional growth.
