Patient Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Coordinator to join our prestigious plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
About the Role: As a Patient Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support throughout their journey. Key responsibilities include scheduling consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments, as well as ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
About You: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion for patients' needs and concerns. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential. Previous experience in a surgical practice is highly desirable, and knowledge of Gentu (advantage) and Microsoft packages is an advantage.
