Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Console Operator to join our team at OTR, Humpty Doo. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and ensuring accurate and efficient operation of our console systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented at all times
  • Operate console systems accurately and efficiently, processing transactions, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our retail network

Requirements

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to lift and move stock, and work in a fast-paced retail environment
