Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Pacific Fair. This is a pivotal retail role where you will be at the forefront of street fashion.

The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends and late nights on a rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing leadership and guidance to store staff.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment, encouraging teamwork and promoting a customer-centric culture.
  • Prioritise exceptional customer service and lead by example, training staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee inventory, including stock levels, restocking and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate in facilitating training sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs.
  • E nsure compliance with operational guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role.
  • Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Ability to meet and drive sales and KPIs.
  • Operationally excellent with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • A natural ability to influence, coach and develop individuals.
  • An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing retail environment.
