Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal & external contracting process to support product strategy
- Negotiate high-level deals with key suppliers for product range and business growth of assigned destinations
- Ongoing contract negotiation with tourism partners
- Liaison with airline partners to deliver tactical airfares that drive margin & volume
- Manage contra & add fee advertising budgets, reviewing performance against agreed targets
- Delve into data to grow commissions
- Deliver accurate product information to marketing teams via Operations Managers and Reservations Training Managers
- Collaborate with Product Teams to develop staff, identify and introduce process improvements
Requirements:
- Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels
- A performance-driven attitude along with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills and proven strategic thinking experience
- A proven ability to manage campaign timelines with key internal stakeholders
