About the Role
Crawford & Company is seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team in Launceston.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and desktop assessments to deliver professional and excellent service to customers and clients.
- Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
- Document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
- Apply loss adjusting expertise to manage claims from start to finish.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Loss Adjuster is highly desirable.
- Loss Adjusting qualifications or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry are preferred.
- Trade qualifications would be advantageous.
- A current and valid driver's license is required.
