About the Role

Crawford & Company is seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to join our team in Launceston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and desktop assessments to deliver professional and excellent service to customers and clients.
  • Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
  • Document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
  • Apply loss adjusting expertise to manage claims from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Loss Adjuster is highly desirable.
  • Loss Adjusting qualifications or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry are preferred.
  • Trade qualifications would be advantageous.
  • A current and valid driver's license is required.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
