The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Karratha. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, accurate, and high-quality field service and repair of plant and machinery to our customers. This will involve traveling to sites within the Karratha and surrounding areas to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete new installation work on a variety of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality field service and repair solutions to customers
  • Travel to sites within the Karratha and surrounding areas to replace hoses and complete new installation work
  • Operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers
  • Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster and report to the Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Trade or field services experience in Fitting, Mechanical Background, and/or Hydraulics
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools, and measuring devices accurately
  • Good numeracy, verbal, and written skills
  • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Desire to be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem-solve
  • Understanding of WHS and Safe Work Practices
  • Current Manual Driver's License (and willing to obtain a LR License)
  • Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is a pre-requisite
