About This Role

  • This position is responsible for leading the equipment reliability and site maintenance program to maximize uptime of critical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Equipment Reliability and Site Maintenance Program to ensure reliable site operations, safe maintenance practices, and delivery of capital projects on time.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of capital projects, including feasibility studies, project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee all maintenance and engineering activities to meet Australian regulations and company standards, including coordination of Safe Work Permits.
  • Develop and manage the Maintenance and Engineering team, addressing skill gaps and supporting staff development or hiring needs.
  • Select and manage contractors to ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical input for new production processes, facility upgrades, and business integration initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Liaise with external authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth delivery of capital works.
