Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Web Designer and Developer to join our team at Human Resources Aus Pty. As a key member of our Marketing and Social Media team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design assets for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality email designs for marketing campaigns.
  • Work with stakeholders from sales and marketing to design print materials, including sales brochures and mailers.
  • Develop and maintain our company's website design, including writing HTML and CSS.
  • Compile and maintain our corporate and product family branding style guides.
  • Design assets for new product launches, including screenshots and icons for app store listings.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in writing code, including HTML and CSS (SCSS flavor of SASS preferred).
  • Experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of video production and editing software.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in graphic and web design.
  • 3 or more years of professional design experience.
