About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gardening Professional to join our team at Neumann Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a landscaped garden plan for our green spaces at our Currumbin property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of lawns, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
  • Propagation of plants and seedlings in-house for use on-site in gardens
  • Pruning of trees, hedges, and bushes
  • Mulching and weeding of garden beds
  • Clearing of walkways of leaves and cleaning with a high-pressure cleaner
  • Maintenance of all gardening equipment and machinery
  • Removal of rubbish and general handyman duties as requested

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Gardener and/or Certificate III in Horticulture
  • Strong practical skills and the ability to operate various landscaping equipment and tools
  • Current driver's license
  • Previous grounds maintenance experience
  • Able to lift heavy objects
  • Capable of working unsupervised
