Competitive Salary Range: $41.77 - $72.47 per hour, plus casual loading

You will play a crucial role in leading a team to maximise positive resident outcomes by providing high-quality medical care, managing wounds, developing individualized care plans, and addressing pain concerns.

Your primary functions will include:

• Clinical Care: Assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
• Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
• Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
• Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.
• Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing strategies.
• Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating responses.
• End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
