Industrial Refrigeration Sales Professional

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join its Industrial Refrigeration team. This role will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries in Australia, driving sales growth and developing profitable relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets, focusing on Industrial Refrigeration and Heat Pump opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance the Industrial Refrigeration growth strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales plans and business development initiatives.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Sales, or related area) or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Industrial Refrigeration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior managers and decision-makers.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
