Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our engineering team and play a critical role in the success of WMP. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development of our marketplace platform, driving its growth, scalability, and performance to meet customer and business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work end-to-end, and contribute to strategic direction and execution plans to achieve the group's goals. This role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the development of our marketplace platform, ensuring it meets customer and business needs.
  2. Lead one or more engineering squads, focusing on high-quality delivery and collaboration.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with group technology standards.
  4. Take ownership of key roadmap priorities and drive their implementation.
  5. Contribute to tech strategy, leveraging your expertise to inform decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in .NET stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, domain-driven development, and dependency injection.
  • Proven track record of leadership in a technology-driven organization.
  • Experience with modern frontend technologies, particularly React.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable solution development.
