About the Role

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Associate - Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking orders accurately and efficiently, meeting high standards of quality and productivity;
  • Assembling and packaging stock correctly for dispatch, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures;
  • Operating industrial equipment safely and effectively, following Occupational Health and Safety guidelines;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment through regular housekeeping activities;
  • Assisting with dispatch and receiving duties as required by the operation and business needs.

Requirements and Selection Criteria

  • The ability to work under pressure to meet replenishment targets and deadlines;
  • The capacity to work in a physically demanding role, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity;

  • A flexible approach to working hours and rosters, adapting to changing business needs;

Additional Requirements

In addition to the above requirements, successful applicants will also need to undergo a full physical and random drug testing as part of our comprehensive recruitment process.

This is a permanent, casual position offering a competitive salary range of $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
