Following strong growth in the Queensland market and with a strong pipeline of current projects and upcoming opportunities, we are looking to build our Transport team.

The Role

Providing civil engineering capabilities for projects, including large infrastructure projects.

Liaising with clients, sub-consultants and contractors, as needed.

Assisting with proposal writing and project management tasks as required.

Assisting with business development and establishing a reputation in the Queensland Transport team, particularly in the Sunshine Coast area.

Joining a team of civil engineers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and achievement.

Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, driving new work opportunities and positive change.

Collaborating effectively with public and private sector clients to deliver high-quality projects.

Managing project aspects including administrative, commercial, and technical components.

Preparing and reviewing technical reports, ensuring clarity and precision.

Promoting teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

About You

  • Degree Qualified: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar).
  • Experience: at least 4 years of technical experience in pavement engineering, with knowledge of Australian standards and practices.
  • Collaborative: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with public and private sector clients.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with hands-on experience.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, valuing diversity and promoting inclusion.
