Bathurst Front Desk Coordinator Opportunity

At our diagnostic imaging practices, we have a rare opportunity for an experienced and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a casual position located in Bathurst, with flexible working arrangements to ensure a great work-life balance.
As a key member of our front-line team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service skills, compassion, and empathy. You will also be responsible for managing data entry, appointments, and patient inquiries, as well as liaising with referring doctors and operating our booking system.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
