We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis.

This role will involve working in both the Front Office and Food and Beverage departments, providing exceptional service to guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests throughout their stay, attending to their needs and preferences.
  • Take guest orders for food and beverages, recommending menu options as needed.
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a Reception or Food and Beverage capacity is essential.
  • A friendly, positive attitude is required, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work well under pressure.
  • Holding RSA qualifications or being willing to obtain them is also necessary.
  • Coffee making experience is highly desirable, as is being impeccably presented with a keen sense of attention to detail.
  • Reliability and a sense of urgency are also key requirements, with availability to work shifts Monday - Sunday, 7am - 11pm.
