We are seeking an experienced Site Worker to join our Midlands Division on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be based at our development in Staffordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring site security by unlocking the site compound and allowing access to secure plots for sub-contractors.
  • Maintaining high levels of site presentation, including cleaning the site office and facilities regularly.
  • Cleaning completed plots and keeping the site litter-free.
  • Managing and maintaining skips, generators, and the general compound area.
  • Preparing units for pre-plaster activities, including mastic, foaming, insulation, spraying, taping, and cleaning.
  • Managing waste segregation and safety measures, including fencing and signage.
  • Jet washing slabs and driveways for upcoming completion plots.
  • Adjusting site boundary fencing as necessary.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must hold an up-to-date CSCS card and be familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental Procedures.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably on a building site.
  • An outgoing, courteous, and polite personality.
  • The ability to work outdoors with a logical and methodical approach.
  • Effective communication skills and physical fitness.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including site security, maintenance, and preparation for construction activities.
