Sales Assistant Job Description

At our store, we are looking for a motivated and committed Sales Assistant who can deliver great customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a focus on safety to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues and customers.
  • Contribute to the sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the store.
  • Be a team player and demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide in-depth information on products and services to customers.
  • Ensure shelving is stocked and maintain shop presentation.
  • Clean and maintain showroom standards.
  • Show commitment and reliability to shifts.

Job Requirements:

Due to the physical nature of the role, you must be able to lift, bend, and climb. You should have some retail experience and be a motorcycle enthusiast with a passion for building meaningful relationships with customers and peers.
